Now the blog is in English version. I tried to change the language on my laptop during the weekend but it didn't work. Today I changed the language in the library. ReplyDeleteThe problem here is that we have 28 coaches right now but we need to train 44 new FLM for the next year.
We have $300, 000 for the project, when I calculate the salary list of potential members in the team, it goes from 220,000 to 270, 000. So the budget is not as big as I had imagined.
Now how do you think about the best way to design the course? To put more emphasis on the coach training or the FLM training?

I'm not sure what you mean by this. Are you thinking that there should be training for the coaches, so that we can get more than 28 coaches? I think that's an interesting idea. Have you asked Claude any questions about how more coaches can be recruited?

ReplyDeleteOh, first I need to correct the number:
current coaches: 28
normal flow of new FLM: 14/per year
now plus 20 new recruitment for the big contract plus 24 retiring next year: 14+20+24=58
So this means we need to train 58 people for the next year, but we only have 28 coaches, do you agree it is a big problem to solve in this project? I think we need to train 30 more coaches. The problem to me is how?
Another thing I want to ask for clarification is the exact duration of coaching.
ReplyDeleteIn the 1st class powerpoint, it is stated "8-12 months", but from my notes of last class, it seems to be 12 months of shadowing plus 6 months of doing the tasks under supervision. Which one is correct?
